Temporary Works Engineer (London office)
We require an experienced, clear thinking, confident and self-motivated temporary works engineer who is capable of managing their own projects. Chartered, or non-Chartered with at least four years varied design office experience. We look for experience in the following areas:-
- Facade retention systems
- Party walls
- Retaining wall propping
- Tower crane bases
- Temporary roofs
- Scaffolding and hoists
- Mobile cranes
- Temporary floor loads
- Demolition techniques
- Shaft and Trench design
- Basement excavation
- CAT3 Checks
Structural Project Engineer (London office)
We require an experienced, clear thinking, confident and self-motivated engineer who is looking to manage their own projects. You will be Chartered, or non-Chartered with at least four years varied design office experience. Ideally you will possess most of the following skills:-
- Conceptual design
- Detailed design of reinforced concrete, steelwork, masonry and timber
- Steelwork connection design and detailing
- Temporary works design
- Good verbal communication
- Good report and letter writing ability
- Site inspection and surveys
- Sketching of construction details
- Willingness to explore new areas of work
CAD Technician (London office)
We require a problem solver, who can work well on pressured timescales with attention to detail.
A broad knowledge of the field with a minimum of 3 – 10 years experience with a building structures background and the ability to work in a team and independently. Experience in AutoCAD is essential and some exposure to Revit is desirable.
Bridge / Civil Engineer (London office)
We require a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years post graduate experience in the design and supervision of bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects and of Civil Works. Knowledge of current government forms of contract documentation would be an advantage. This Engineer will join our Roads, Bridges and Marine sector, which is responsible for a wide range of bridge projects throughout Ireland.
Mechanical Engineer (London office)
We require a Mechanical Engineer who will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services and a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential projects and ideally will have achieved or be close to achieving chartered status. Familiarity with Public Works contracts and the preparation of tender documents is also an advantage.
Senior Water Services Engineer (London office)
We require a Senior Engineer who must be Chartered with at least 10 years experience in this sector. The ideal candidate will have experience of water treatment, wastewater treatment and network design and experience in Public works contracts and commercial and industrial projects. Familiarity with the preparation of contract documents and performance specifications for water and wastewater infrastructure is desirable.
Structural Revit Technicians (London office)
We require Structural Revit Technicians who will be engaged in the production of full working models and drawings using Revit software within the structural department. The ideal candidates will have the ability both to work on their own initiative and to co-ordinate structural models with internal and external design team members including architects and building services. The candidate will be involved in an interesting mix of projects ranging from residential, commercial and pharmaceutical. Minimum of 2 years of Revit experience is required. Candidates need to be proficient in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit and other modelling software. The role will also involve using AutoCAD, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Traffic and Transportation Engineer (London office)
We require a Traffic and Transportation Engineer who will have a Masters in transportation engineering and 5 to 10 years post graduate experience. Relevant experience should include traffic studies, traffic modelling, road and junction design, traffic impact assessments, road safety audits, traffic aspects of planning applications, urban renewal schemes and smarter travel schemes.
