Project Description

We are currently working on a 198 residential unit scheme to provide part 10 and part 21 storey building from first floor podium level with flexible Class A1, A2 and A3 (Commercial / Retail) floor space on the ground  and lower ground  and Class C3 (Residential) on upper floors with associated car parking, communal and private amenity space, public realm improvements, landscaping and other associated works.   The proposed structure is to be an in-situ RC framed building supported on pile foundations.

 

Progress on site to date:

Piling is nearly completed on site with basement -2 structures under construction. 382 permanent piles have been installed which vary in diameter from 500mm to 600mm with an additional 18 temporary piles (600mm diameter) installed for tower crane base.
